The recent enclosed article in our Sarasota Herald points to a huge opportunity for smart investors who realize the long term supply/demand cycles in real estate. When most people hear the word “Foreclosure” they automatically get a visual impact of a dilapidated old house with overgrown lawn in an undesirable neighborhood.
